Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase and return the products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt with a full refund of the amount paid (including shipping charges). The return of the products can be made for any reason - even if the consumer has simply changed his mind. The right to return products also applies to products received which have been damaged during transport.

The basic conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

α) The returned products should not have been used at all, and should be in the packaging and as received, without the protective films (cellophane) having been opened and without any labelling having been removed, e.g. indicative price, instructions for use, etc., and without any damage or deterioration to the packaging.

c) The costs of returning the products are paid by the customer. The original proof of purchase should also be included in the parcel.

d) If an invoice has been issued, the return of the products should be accompanied by a delivery note.

Within 14 calendar days the full amount charged will be refunded including & the amount of the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase of the product. The refund of the paid amount is made by bank transfer. For this purpose, the customer must notify the company in writing of the banking institution, the IBAN number of the bank account and the full name of the beneficiary of the bank account, to which the buyer wishes the refund of the amount paid during the specific purchase to be made. It is recalled that the refund is made exclusively and only to a bank account whose beneficiary is the consumer who made the original purchase.

It is recalled that in the case of repeated returns by the consumer, the online store toyrift.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC).

Preorders - Pre Orders

The consumer can cancel any pre-order that has already been submitted through the online store within 48 hours from the time of submission. The cancellation of pre-orders can be done through the e-mail address info@toyrift,gr

After the expiry of the deadline for the above pre-orders, the company will not accept any cancellation of pre-orders and is not obliged to refund any money. In particular, the company reserves the right to retain any advance payment made by the consumer, regardless of the refusal to accept the products on his part.
